It's our policy to ship within 24-48 hours of payment for your order with exceptions for holidays and weekends.
If there is a problem with an order, contact us immediately at greg@trestlepineknives.com and we will make every effort to resolve the problem as soon as possible
Returns are allowed ONLY with a return authorization number. A note should be included with the return with an explanation. Customer is repsonsible for return shipping cost.
We do not ship overseas at this time.
